Os seguintes Termos e Condições aplicar-se-ão a todas as reservas efectuadas entre a firma Algarve Xpress e a pessoa responsável, em nome de todos os elementos do grupo.
1. When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions.
2. The booking form is to be completed in full. Any alterations after the form has been sent must be sent in writing immediately to Algarve Xpress. This are only approved after receiving a confirmation in writing from Algarve Xpress. The number of persons on the contract is absolute. Should there be other persons using the property without prior permission, Algarve Xpress reserves the right to expel all tenants with no refund.
3. Deposits: a 30% non-refundable deposit for the total cost of the reservation is required at the time of booking and a receipt/confirmation will be sent at which time the booking will be confirmed, forming a contract between Algarve Xpress and the person responsible for the reservation. The balance of the reservation is due no later than six weeks prior to the start of the booking. Should a reservation be made after the six-week period, payment is required in full. If the payment of monies outstanding is not made by the due date, then the booking is considered cancelled by the client.
4. All of our property owners require a security deposit. This is due at the time of the final payment (i.e. six weeks prior to arrival). The amount required is 300€ per villa or 200€ per apartment. Should the deposit be paid in any other currency, bank charges may apply. Security deposits are refunded no later than four weeks after the booking has terminated, less any expenses that may have been incurred i.e. breakages, damage, etc.
Failure to vacate the property by the agreed time or unauthorized use of the property, will result in the total loss of your security deposit.
Security deposits for third party agents i.e. Car Rental etc are subject to their terms and conditions.
5. Algarve Xpress, their agents, property owners, management companies or their representatives will not be responsible or liable for any damage or injuries however caused.
6. Should a client have to cancel the booking, for whatever reason, notification in writing is to be given to Algarve Xpress and the following charges will apply:
Departure Cancellation Charges Amount ( Shown as % of Total )
a) Up to 42 days 30% deposit
b) Between 28 and 42 days 50%
c) Between 14 and 28 days 75%
d) Up to 14 days 100% of the total booking cost
Clients are asked not to occupy the property earlier than 14:00 hrs on the day of arrival and to vacate the property no later than 10:00 hrs on the day of departure. These times may be altered by prior arrangement with Algarve Xpress. Failure to vacate the property by the required time could result in the loss of your security deposit.
9. In the unlikely event of any complaints arising whilst in Portugal, you must inform Algarve Xpress in writing immediately. Complaints will only be considered if we are duly advised and allowed time to rectify them. Any complaints made by clients once returned to their country of origin that were not notified in resort will not be considered.
